Apply for this roleAbout the company
Marxel is a hiring workspace for recruitment agencies, in-house talent teams and growing companies. Teams use it to publish jobs, run their careers pages, manage applications and screen CVs, all in one place. Our screening works differently. Before any CV is read, Marxel turns the job description and the hiring manager's notes into a scoring guide that the team reviews and agrees. Every candidate then gets a clear verdict with the evidence behind it, so recruiters can see why someone was shortlisted and challenge the decision when they disagree. We're a small team that ships every week and talks to customers constantly.
The role
Own the product experience end to end, from the first sketch to what ships. Design the recruiter workspace, including screening results, candidate review, job setup and team collaboration. Make the candidate side (careers pages, listings, applying) feel like the employer's own brand, not ours. Make AI decisions understandable. When Marxel recommends a candidate, people should see why and trust it, or know where to push back. Talk to recruiters and candidates regularly, and turn what you learn into decisions. Prototype quickly, with code and AI tools as well as design tools. Build and look after our design system and principles as the product grows. Explain your decisions clearly and bring the team with you.

We reply to every applicant within [10] calendar days.
