About us
Marxel is a hiring workspace for recruitment agencies, in-house talent teams and fast-growing startups. Teams use it to publish jobs, find and manage candidates, handle applications and screen CVs, all in one place. Most screening tools hide how they reach a decision. Ours doesn't. Marxel turns a job description and the hiring manager's briefing notes into a scoring guide the team reviews and agrees before any CV is read. Every candidate then gets a clear verdict, with the evidence and reasoning behind it, so recruiters can see why someone is a strong match and challenge it when they disagree. We're a small team that ships quickly and talks to customers every week. Everyone here owns real parts of the product, from the first conversation with a recruiter to the code in production. We care about getting hiring right: fair criteria, people making the final call, and candidates treated as people, not keywords.
